RCDI requires cost sharing: the intermediary must provide matching funds in an amount at least equal to the RCDI grant award (a 1:1 match). That means if an intermediary seeks a $200,000 federal award, it must also contribute at least $200,000 in matching resources, consistent with program requirements. Award sizes are set with a minimum grant amount of $50,000 per intermediary and a maximum (award ceiling) of $250,000 per intermediary.
